Around South Sound: Stocklist Goods and Gifts

If you are anything like me, you might love giving gifts and when I do give gifts - I generally want something one of a kind (or you know 10 of a kind), a little quirky or sentimental and if at all possible, I want it to be from a small business. As a small business owner, I know what it means when someone chooses to patron your business and invest in services that you provide, so these precious dollars that we earn doing what we love, we like to pour back into our local community to support artisans and creators doing that they love.

One of my most favorite shops in Tacoma is Stocklist Goods and Gifts on Pacific Avenue in downtown Tacoma run by Liz Van Dyke and Aaron Goodge. Stocklist is a beautiful storefront full of amazing gifts, souvenirs and jewelry at every price point and so many of their artists and creators are local or from the Pacific Northwest. Whenever someone is coming to town or when I am heading out of town and want to bring a piece of my city with me, Stocklist is my first stop. I also love the amazing assortment of candles and stationary for my day to day needs.
